Sometimes we as humans have to go through a mental or even physical metamorphosis in order to come back as a new better and authentic creature. The designs are a mix of feminine lines, soft draping with strong distorted structures and shapes-the purpose is to blend the contrasting worlds of life, death and rebirth. The collection is a portrait of the three stages- life, death and rebirth. Each phase is depicted through the recycled plastic structures which are burned into distorted shapes and forms representing the ugliness and darkness in the individuals’ lives.
